Many New England school districts are finding creative solutions to manage challenges like declining enrollments and growing expenses. The Connecticut River Collaborative Planning Committee, for example, has been investigating an interstate merger between school districts in Vermont and New Hampshire.

They first contacted Mad River Creative to develop a website to better inform the community about their work and possible benefits to a merger. We then developed a companion Summary Report that encapsulates all the work of the committee and the information provided on the website.

With these tools in hand, planners have the resources to investigate the best opportunities for students on both sides of the Connecticut River.
